Dr Rosina McAlpine is the founder, designer and creator of the Win Win Parenting program. An award-winning researcher and educator she brings over 30+ years of experience in education across tertiary, school and early childhood education sectors.

Dr Rosina has edited and authored several books including Inspired Children: How the leading minds of today raise their kids, as well as 7 life skills eBooks supporting children to develop key skills for success in life including: communication skills, self-esteem, emotional regulation and relationship building, to list a few. Dr Rosina is a highly regarded parenting educator and family wellbeing expert and her programs are delivered in Australia and internationally.

Dr Rosina loves being a mum and supporting children and families to thrive. Leading the Win Win Parenting team, building a global movement and creating a community of “Working Parent Champions” for a better today and tomorrow… makes Dr Rosina’s heart sing!

Miranda is an award winning digital marketer with over 30 years experience in digital strategy and marketing.

She is dynamic and commercially minded, with a proven track record in digital strategy, digital marketing, artificial intelligence, business development and brand building.

​

Miranda has a track record in early tech adoption, starting her digital career in the early 1990’s as Multimedia Evangelist for the BBC in London. Miranda has worked with blue chip clients such as Johnson & Johnson, Commonwealth Bank, Saatchi & Saatchi, AC Nielsen, Kmart and now Win Win Parenting.

Miranda develops our marketing and social media strategies and oversees the successful implementation of the educational and inspiring Win Win Parenting content on all social media channels. 

As the lead on Win Win Parenting's IT and training platforms, Colin develops and manages all of the systems that make Win Win Parenting programs streamlined and easy to use. Colin oversees the website and social media platforms, our learning management systems and the smooth running of each Win Win Parenting webinar and online program throughout the year.  

 

Colin developed his expertise and skills by completing several educational programs and working across various industries including freight, finance, manufacturing, education, service and I.T.

 

Having worked internationally for decades and travelled extensively Colin has gained a broad understanding of different cultures, business practices and exposure to international markets.

Colin is the "go to" for all things technical at  Win Win Parenting! 

Dr Karippanon is a senior facilitator on the Win Win Parenting programs. She brings a wealth
of knowledge, skills, an extensive research record across early childhood, primary, secondary, and adult education in the tertiary education sectors.

 

Dr Karippanon has expertise in
developing and teaching public health and social science curriculums and assisting students to develop research, writing and study skills within linguistically diverse contexts.
